Important Notes:

- Blank Wholesale orders ship 2-4weeks after payment confirmation.

- Ready to ship/our own design orders fulfilment takes 3-5 days and may take longer depending on the quantity placed. We ship it as soon as the orders are fulfilled. It could take 2-4weeks to receive after we ship it out internationally. 

- Wholesale orders can not be returned or exchanged unless product arrived damaged. (proof such as photos and videos are required to be submitted within 2 days after item status appeared to be delivered.
