Store Policy


Orders are not processed and shipped until confirmation of payment. You will receive confirmation through your email.


Once order has been confirmed we dispatch the item within 24hrs. Delivery for international orders may take 1-2weeks. Any custom duties and extra charges upon arrival at the country will be shouldered by the customer. 


Within 24hrs upon confirmation of order we will dispatch the package. 


Please contact us as soon as possible at least within 1hr after placing an order if you wish to change address or alterations and we will see what we can do. Once the item(s) has been shipped we can no longer change the address and we will not be responsible for orders that was shipped to the wrong address given by the customer.



As of this moment all sales are final and we do not accept exchanges. If you are not satisfied or happy with your order please reach out to us as soon as possible and provide reasoning, and we will be willing to help you and discuss what best we can do. But take note that there will be procedure and charges lay apply.



Due to the nature of the product, it is possible in rare occasions for them to be damaged in transit. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item(s) with photo and video of the broken product. We will then discuss for the solution. And if proven to be damaged we will send you a new one and you may be asked to ship back to us the damaged product (this we have to inspect through your provided photos and video).
